US Project Delivery Process
1. Submittal Package
Complete submittal drawings including GA, SLD, wiring diagrams and BOM for engineer approval.
2. Manufacturing
In-house sheet metal fabrication, component mounting, bus work and wiring. Each panel is assembled and tested before painting.
3. Factory Acceptance Test
Full FAT per UL 508A: insulation resistance, dielectric withstanding, functional testing of all control circuits and protective devices.
4. Documentation & Shipping
Final as-built drawings, test reports, UL labels and shipping documents. Ocean freight to US ports or air freight for urgent projects.
