US Project Delivery Process
1. Submittal Package
We provide complete submittal drawings including front view, side view, SLD, wiring diagrams and BOM for your engineer's approval.
2. UL File Review
All switchboard designs are reviewed against our UL 891 file. Components are selected from UL-recognized databases.
3. Manufacturing
Sheet metal fabrication, bus machining, component mounting and wiring are performed in-house. Each section is assembled and tested before painting.
4. Factory Acceptance Test
Full FAT per UL 891: insulation resistance, contact resistance, bus resistance, mechanical operation, protective relay testing and control circuit functional testing.
5. Documentation & Shipping
Final drawings, test reports, UL labels, nameplates and shipping documents are prepared in English. Ocean freight or project-specific logistics.
